Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Development Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the delivery and impact of training programs, ensuring modules align with our corporate training benchmarks and specific learning outcomes.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Define, track, and analyze key quality indicators (KQIs). Prepare detailed evaluation reports and dashboards for leadership to highlight areas of success and opportunities for optimization.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Partner with department heads to document, review, and update SOPs, ensuring guidelines are clear, accessible, and consistently implemented across the organization.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identify operational bottlenecks, recurring errors, or compliance gaps; lead root cause analysis initiatives and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, process evaluation, compliance, or an operational audit roleβ€”ideally within a corporate, training, or human resources environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, spreadsheet management, and quality management frameworks or software. Experience drafting structured reports, FAQs, and procedural handbooks.
